Elights Sales and Marketing Course Description & Learning Objectives

Exit & Emergency Lighting: Sales & Marketing virtual training provides participants with the skills and knowledge to understanding how Exit Sign and Emergency Lighting Sales & Service is important to a company.   

Content includes providing participants a historical perspective on Exit & Emergency Lighting, education on what Exit Sign and Emergency Lighting sales & service can do for a technician and company, why it is critical to having the work done, and lastly, understanding the profitable opportunities that exist and how to overcome potential objections.  

Attendee Instructions: 

The virtual training will take place on the Zoom video conferencing platform. Please refer to the Outlook invite sent by the FED Learning Center for the virtual training zoom link.

Students should log in 5 minutes before the start time to ensure an on-time virtual training. Any student who misses more than 10% of the class will be asked to retake the class to be awarded the Certificate of Completion.
